I see a workplace that is focused like a laser beam on what it does best. This workplace is innovative and delivers ever improving products and services. It uses the internet and personal touch to conduct business on a one-to-one basis with its growing list of customers and clients.

I see a workplace that is a true learning organization, a workplace where there are no secrets, information is shared freely and everybody knows the numbers. It has shifted from control-based thinking to empowerment-based thinking. A workplace that grows the individual so they can, in turn, grow the organization. A workplace that is focused on playing TEAM and where incentive systems produce far more winners than losers.

I see a workplace that builds powerful relationships with its employees, built on trust, borne out of skills and character. Powerful relationships built on a shared direction, with resonating values, vision, mission and goals. Powerful relationships built on the most powerful form of communication - dialogue. Powerful relationships built on deep commitment. Commitment that remains strong during times of accelerating change and uncertainty.

I see a workplace with great Spirit. A place where each of us is providing the service we were intended for. A place where there is Joy in the daily effort. A place where everyone is acknowledged and knows that "who I am makes a difference!"

I see those who share in this vision - and try to do something about it - obtaining tremendous opportunity, reward and satisfaction!
