Fee Structure

Don’s speaking and training fees are always reasonable and depend on the time involved, group size, material requirements and sponsor needs. We can also include access to the HR That Works program and other materials.

Don charges $5000 plus expenses for any speaking within the state of California and $7500 plus expenses outside of California. This includes all research, program development and handouts. Because he sets one flat fee for his time, most folks will take advantage of it by having him speak for most of the day or in separate sessions. For example, if he does a keynote presentation, he may follow it up with a breakout workshop as well. If we’re doing training at your company, we can begin at 8 and go until 3:30. Don is always open to negotiating his fee for several speaking dates or follow up work. If the fee for his services is an issue for your company or organization, we can discuss ways to still get the job done. For example, we have suggested ways to find a sponsor, share the cost with another group, or allow for “back of the room sales” of the HR That Works program.
