The ZERORISK Hiring System is a unique, state-of-the-art business tool to assist recruiters, human resources personnel, department managers, and executives in becoming better interviewers and significantly reducing hiring risks to the lowest possible level. By utilizing this amazing business tool, each person in the interview process will have a proven guide to assist them in maximizing each interview in order to match a candidate with the job, their manager, and the corporate culture.

The process is very simple. A prospective candidate completes an online profile questionnaire. It only takes the candidate about 20 minutes to complete the questionnaire. An in-depth candidate profile and interview guide is then generated into a PDF file and emailed directly to the appointed HR contact. The information provided will describe each candidate's core behavioral competencies and outline their strengths and weaknesses as well as their ideal working environment.
