
One of my greatest personal goals is to stay physically fit and emotionally balanced. To help keep to my personal commitments I place things in writing and have a plan. What follows are a few of the documents that help keep me on track. No, I am not so anal that I follow these lists every time! I too like a good party and In and Out Burger on occasion. I too can get overwhelmed by work, family and other commitments. All I can say is I am far better off than most due to taking this approach. Feel free to adjust these docs to manage your personal commitments as you see fit.
