We thought that we should go in and tell her the problems that the employees were having with her style and that her style just didn't fit the corporate culture anymore. We cannot thank you enough for your wisdom. If we had done it our way, we would have gotten into a blaming match which would have been very ugly, plus she would have been devastated. This way, we took responsibility for our actions, we left our feelings out and we were very businesslike and matter-of-fact. It was so much less hurtful to her than if we had done it our way.
